Exercise my right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Products (delivery day) to exercise their right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, for exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within thirty (30) days following notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

This right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of the supply of products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or personalised (e.g. flocking).

Returns must be made in their original condition (clean and unworn, except for trying on, undamaged or deteriorated) and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, labels, original invoice) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available on the website boutique.angers-sco.fr (via the contact page) in which case an acknowledgement of receipt will be immediately communicated to the Customer by the Seller, or any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw. The right of withdrawal can also be exercised via the standard form in Appendix 1 which must be sent to the address given in article 1 of the GTC (SCO BOUTIQUE - 12 rue Chaperonnière, 49100 ANGERS) or by email to the address: boutique.centreville@angers-sco.fr

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs are reimbursed (with the exception of additional costs arising from the Customer having chosen, if applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method); the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. The reimbursement will be made within thirty (30) days from the notification of withdrawal and subject to the proper return of the Products.

Products not returned under the conditions and within the deadlines mentioned above will not be refunded or exchanged.
